I spotted this food truck, thought to myself ‘even better!’ I fell in love with Nicaraguan food while traveling the country a few years back. Long story short, he also had a burger, Fritanga style. I was in heaven. The food is absolutely delicious, and the customer service is amazing. This will be my first stop on my next trip to Portland."

  • "We keep coming back. Our favorites are pollo fritanga and the fritanga burger with yucca fries. Everything is so yummy. The yucca fries are seasoned to perfection and I want the the mombacha sauce for all things, chicken is so flavorful. Owner is helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend the pollo fritanga with queso frita and a side of mombacha fries."
